ARY Digital proudly conducted its first “ARY People’s Choice Awards”, commemorating the achievement of  individuals from entertainment, fashion & lifestyle. An opportunity to celebrate noteworthy projects and artisans who have exceled in their field.

In these testing times of the COVID-19 pandemic, ARY Digital feels privileged to recognize and celebrate those individuals, who have worked tirelessly in order to spread hope and positivity through their professions. In these testing times, ARY Digital has made every effort to ensure the health and safety of all those involved, maintaining by a strict adherence to Covid-19 SOPs. The awards ceremony hosted by Ahmed Butt and Vasay Chaudhry was recorded on a closed set with zero public attendance.

Comprised of 29 categories, the audience at home were encouraged to cast their votes via online polls, supporting their favorites. Conducted throughout the month of February 2021, the event received an over whelming response from fans and patron. With multiple options available in each category, ranging from an actor’s skill in a particular role to clothing design, ARY People’s Choice Awards had something in store for everyone. Special awards were also given to some of the most prominent programs in their particular categories.

7th Sky Entertainment to bring another touching tale of love, ‘Kasa-e-Dil’

7^th Sky Entertainment, the brainchild of Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi, is bringing yet another tale of love and romance on our screens this November. Their latest project titled ‘Kasa-e-Dil’ is slated to go on-air on Geo Entertainment from 09^th November 2020.

‘Kasa-e-Dil’ narrates a compelling story of two cousins, Hatim and Somia who have liked each other since childhood and are long waiting to be united. Somia’s aunt who is Hatim’s mother has never been in favour of this relationship and sets on the task of making them grow apart. Meanwhile, a well-established guy Adan loses his heart to Somia at first sight but is unable to express his feelings. Somia’s aunt who is already against Somia, begins to defame her by involving Adan’s name and eventually succeeds in doing so as Hatim leaves Somia.

‘Kasa-e-Dil’, on the surface, appears to be a love triangle with all the elements of an intriguing tale. The drama revolves around the misunderstandings in relationships that oftentimes lead us to fall apart. The drama is penned down by Jehanzib Qamar and is directed by Zeeshan Ahmed of ‘Deewangi’ fame. The cast of the drama includes Affan Waheed, Hina Altaf, Komal Aziz Khan, Ali Ansari, Sukaina Khan, Noor ul Hassan, Fazila Qazi, Rabia Noreen, Zainab Qayyum, Haris Waheed, and Mariyam Noor.

7^th Sky Entertainment has been on a roll recently, garnering rave reviews with a number of successful projects being aired simultaneously, including Bandhay Ek Dour Se, Muqaddar, Meherposh, and Raaz-e-Ulfat. With diverse storylines – from light-hearted family dramas to serious social commentaries, rom-com to thrilling tales, 7th Sky Entertainment has been keeping the viewers hooked to the screens and is prepared to add another feather to their cap with ‘Kasa-e-Dil’.

Ali Ansari all set to star across Hina Altaf in ‘Kaasa-e-Dil’ on Geo Entertainment.

The dandy and dapper, Ali Ansari is on a roll and is receiving immense praise from all nooks and corners. Already ruling the screen with his top-notch performances in Muqaddar and earlier in Mohobbat-Na-Kariyo and Naqabzan; the actor is all set to shine in yet another upcoming drama, ‘Kaasa-e-Dil’.

A project of 7^th Sky Entertainment, the drama will be aired on Geo Entertainment, is produced by Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi, written by Jehanzib Qamar and directed by Zeeshan Ahmed of Deewangi fame.

Ali Ansari has worked his magic across all talented actresses in the glitzy world of showbiz. From Madiha Imam to Kinza Hashmi, Sana Javed to Saboor Aly, Nimra khan to Hira Mani, Neelum Munir to Sarah Khan, Maryam Nafees to Noor Khan; the actor is always at the top of his game when it comes to developing chemistry with his co-stars.This time around he will be seen next to the bubbly beauty, Hina Altaf. Joining the pair in the classy cast are Affan Waheed, Haris Waheed, Sukaina Khan and Rabia Abid Ali.

The details for the drama are still a top-secret but Ali took to his Instagram and shared a sneak peek of his look from the upcoming drama. We are loving the snazzy guise and wondering what his avatar will be all about in the story.

Speaking to media, here’s what a tight-lipped Ali revealed about the story: “It is an exciting tale that revolves around romance and relationships along with mis-understandings that lead to different events. It is based on love, sacrifices, and giving up. I am playing a parallel role with Affan Waheed as there are two main heroes in the story across Hina Altaf”.

 

If truth be told, there is no character Ali Ansari has not played yet and that too, immaculately. Be it a doting brother in Khaani to an angry young man in Seerat, a family guy in Kamzarf to a heartbroken, loyal lover in Muqaddar, the hero has aced every character with great ease.

After all, he is a man of many talents. We grew up listening to his voice on FM 96 with his show ‘Dude Where is My Song?’. The radio show was amongst the most hip and happening of its time, proving that Ali rocks at whatever he sets his mind too.

As many as three upcoming dramas have been signed up by the star. What’s more, he is planning something super exciting in the world of web-series that his fans will love even more.
