Bilal Abbas Khan starrer film ‘Khel Khel Mein’ releasing on 19th November 2021.

After ruling the small screen & winning a best actor at Lux Style Awards (LSA) a few weeks ago, heartthrob Bilal Abbas Khan is all set to make his mark on the big screen with the film ‘Khel Khel Mein’ opposite Sajal Aly set to release in cinemas nationwide on the 19th of November, 2021.

Directed by the ace director Nabeel Qureshi and produced by Fizza Ali Mirza under the banner, Filmwala Pictures, the story depicts a youthful take on historic events. ‘Khel Khel Mein’ will be the first film releasing in cinemas post Covid 19.

The multi starrer feature film also stars Javed Sheikh, Marina Khan, Manzar Sehbai, Samina Ahmed, Farhan Aly Agha, Mojiz Hassan, Zehra Nawab, and Naveed Raza. The music of the film has been done by maestros Shani Arshad, Shuja Haider and Asrar Shah.

About Bilal Abbas Khan: The young heart-throb rose to fame from his first play O’ Rangreza and became known for playing many unconventional roles in critically acclaimed projects including Haseeb Hasan’s made for television film ‘Laal’, Zee 5’s web-series ‘Ek Jhooti Love Story’ and a number of mega hit drama serials like Balaa, Cheekh, & Pyar Ke Sadqay – which also got him is first Lux Style Award as a Best Actor.

Bilal Abbas Khan makes it to Eastern Eye’s “30 under 30 Global Asian Stars” list.

One of Pakistan’s most celebrated young actors, Bilal Abbas Khan has been included in the Top 30 under 30 Global Asian Stars, published by UK based publication Eastern Eye this weekend, a list that also includes the likes of Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt, & singer Guru Randhawa.

The young heart-throb star has been making waves for his acting and dashing good looks, with 2020 being a particularly good year for him. Ek Jhooti Love Story, his 1st international web series was loved by fans and critics alike. Similarly, Pyar Ke Sadqay was one of the most popular dramas of the year on Pakistani TV.

“He may have only made his acting debut in 2016, but the Pakistani actor has had a rapid rise since then and starred in a massive number of marvelous projects. The 27-year-old has positioned himself perfectly as the future of film and TV in his country. Bilal Abbas Khan’s DUNK to go on air from 23rd December on ARY Digital.

After his successful foray into the digital world with the hit web series ‘Ek Jhooti Love Story’ this year, Bilal Abbas Khan is once again headed to the small screen with drama serial ‘Dunk’, slated to go on-air from 23rd December, Wednesday, at 08:00 PM on ARY Digital.

This marks as his third project with director Badar Mehmood, who he has previously worked with in the critically acclaimed dramas Cheekh and Balaa, earning Lux Style Awards nominations for both two years in a row. His new drama ‘Dunk’ is a murder mystery where Bilal Abbas would be seen in a lead role opposite Sana Javed for the first time. Starring as ‘Haider’, Bilal would be playing a realistic and honest role after his multiple eccentric and unique characters this year.

“Dunk is a very special story – one that will create a lot of noise, and one that needs to be told. My character is a very realistic one – Haider is an honest guy who stands with the truth and fights for what is right,” said Bilal Abbas Khan, talking about his role. “It was also great to reunite with my Cheekh and Balaa team – and it is always a pleasure working with Badar (Mehmood). I hope we manage to get the message we have tried to portray across successfully.”

Bilal Abbas Khan has had quite a year with multiple hit projects under his belt, proving to be one of the most bankable actors in the industry at the moment. Be it the innocent Abdullah in Pyar Ke Sadqay, or a typical Karachi boy in Ek Jhooti Love Story, the actor has created his place in the industry over time with his choices of unique roles. ‘Dunk’ has been penned by Mohsin Ali Shah and also features an ensemble cast including Shahood Alvi, Fahad Sheikh, Laila Wasti, Saifi Hassan, Salma Hassan, Kanwal Khan, Noman Ejaz, and Azekah Daniel among others.
