The story of ‘Badzaat’ written by Misbah Nosheen and directed by Siraj-Ul-Haq is packed with a love triangle along with deep rooted family issues that start coming to the surface.

Wali and Daniyal are portrayed as cousins yet their differences create havoc. Wali is someone who is learning to accept mistakes and correct them while Daniyal is the complete opposite.  Anabia being young and innocent will get stuck in this web of conflict and family feuds.

‘Ruposh’ rewrites history with its release.

7th Sky Entertainment has done it again. Their latest project, a telefilm titled ‘Ruposh’ has made history with its release. The telefilm stars the handsome Haroon Kadwani and the beautiful Kinza Hashmi. The project has managed to win the approval and appreciation of audiences and critics.

With its release, ‘Ruposh’ has accomplished historic milestones with a record breaking Gross-Rating-Point (GRP) of 105. It is currently the highest ever rating a telefilm has recorded in history. As we write this, ‘Ruposh’ has reached 30 million+ views on YouTube in nine days.

Even the Official Sound Track (OST) of ‘Ruposh’ has become a chart-buster with more than 10 million views. That’s not all. It has a 9.6 score of Internet Movie Database (IMDB) which is fantastic on its own.

The telefilm has reached 283.1 million views on all digital platforms including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Hashtags #haroonkadwani and #haroon_kadwani on TikTok alone has 233.5 million views along with Ruposh’s TikTok hashtags. The project has recorded almost half a million reactions on social media and viewership from India, UK, USA and Europe.

‘Ruposh’ is beautifully penned down by Nooran Makhdoom and directed by Ali Faizan under the banner of 7th Sky Entertainment produced by the creative visionaries, Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi. Noor Hassan to star opposite Aiza Awaan and Hira Mani in ‘Qismat’.

Noor Hassan will soon be acting on-screen opposite Aiza Awaan and Hira Mani in the upcoming ARY digital drama, ‘Qismat’, along with Muneeb Butt.

Penned down by Seema Munaf, directed by Syed Ali Raza Usama and produced by Next Level Production, the story revolves around how one single decision can alter the course of your life.

Sharing his views on this project, Noor Hassan said; “I enjoyed being a part of this project so much. My character is someone who’s a very responsible and selfless person, but one single decision ends up changing everything for him”.

He also added by saying that; “It was a lot of fun working with Aiza, Hira and Muneeb, and of course the rest of the cast and crew as well”.

The  ensemble cast also includes Saba Faisal, Kinza Malik, Khalid Anam and Aamna Malick. The drama is slated to go on-air on ARY Digital.

Ahsan Khan and Amar Khan are set to star in ‘Qayamat’.

Ahsan Khan, who already owns the screens in his drama ‘Bandhe-Ek-Dour-Se’ will be starring in a brand new signature series by Abdullah Kadwani, titled ‘Qayamat’. Starring opposite the Alif actor will be the versatile Dil-e-Ghumshuda’s Amar Khan!

Amar Khan has dazzled in her previous performances, with experience in the supernatural genre with ‘Belapur-Ki-Dayan’ and powerful leading roles in ‘Ghughi’, and ‘Choti-Choti-Batain’.

The actor is stirring curiosity as news comes of her latest project venture with Ahsan Khan, and fans are eager to see the thrilling chemistry unfold on screen between the actors in this riveting serial. ‘Qayamat’ is an intriguing drama series which is penned by award-winning Main Abdul Qadir Hoon playwright, Sarwat Nazir, and directed by Ali Faizan Anchan, who has also worked with Ahsan Khan, directing the family-oriented Bandhay-Ek-Dour-Se.

The play will also have a stellar cast including Neelam Muneer, Shabbir Jan, Saba Faisal, and Haroon Shahid intensifying the anticipation.

Ramsha Khan and Wahaj Ali come back together in ‘Ghissi Pitti Muhabbat’.

After winning the audience’s hearts in Mah-e-Tamaam, the gorgeous on-screen couple Ramsha Khan & Wahaj Ali are finally re-uniting for ARY Digital’s upcoming drama ‘Ghissi Pitti Muhabbat’.

Ramsha Khan, who has been the talk of the town with her performance in Ishqiya, will be seen playing Samia, a millennial who, according to the teasers of the drama recently released, believes in speaking up for herself and doesn’t let anyone exploit her.

The Ehd-e-Wafa & Bikhray Moti famed Wahaj Ali is introduced as Rizwan in the teasers. His role is the cool and energetic young lad who likes to go with the trend.

The drama is produced by IDream Entertainment and directed by Ahmed Bhatti, who Ramsha Khan has previously worked with on the 2019 blockbuster ‘Kaisa Hai Naseeban.’  The all-star cast also includes Saba Faisal, Saba Hameed, Samina Ahmed, Saifee Hasan, Shahood Alvi, Khalifa Sajeer-ud-din, & Sana Askari.

Sharing her views Ramsha Khan said; “It was super fun to be reunited with both Wahaj (Ali) and my Kaisa Hai Naseeban team, Abdullah (Seja) & (Ahmed) Bhatti Bhai. This drama my role Samia is like a polar opposite to Hamna in Ishqiya, and I guess that’s what makes it so exciting for me – to play an outspoken, strong and independent girl”. 

“Working with Ramsha (Khan) is always fun, coz we are good friends and work off each other’s energies on set,” stated Wahaj Ali. “Rizwan’s character actually excited me because it was very close to the youth of today – someone connected with social media, impulsive, and living for the moment. Not the usual good or the bad hero we typically get to play on TV”. 

“Ghissi Pitti Muhabbat” is scheduled to go on air on ARY Digital in August 2020.

Ahsan Khan & Ushna Shah to create magic on-screen in ‘Bandhay Ek Dour Se’

Yet another on-screen unconventional celebrity couple is all set to hit our screens this month and this time it is the power-packed pair of Ushna Shah and Ahsan Khan, all set to breeze their way in Geo Entertainment’s new drama ‘Bandhay Ek Dour Se’.

The story is penned by Faiza Ifthikar of Ranjha Ranjha Kardi fame and is helmed by the star director Ali Faizan. The drama is produced by Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi’s 7^th Sky Entertainment.

Joining Ahsan Khan and Ushna Shah in the cast are Hina Altaf in a supporting role, Saba Faisal, Saba Hameed, Samina Ahmed, Noor Hassan, Madiha Rizvi, Ali Rizvi, Qavi Khan and many more.

The promos of the drama are grabbing eyeballs on social media and the duo has dazzled the viewers with their palpable chemistry in the teaser.

Speaking to media about his role in the drama, Ahsan Khan revealed; “my character is of a young, guy-next-door, happy-go-lucky person and he tries to always keep his family united. There is also a love story revolving around him and he tries his best to take it to marriage while connecting two families to it. The character has satire in it which later turns serious and also has an innocence to it”.

Ushna Shah also revealed major details about her avatar and we can’t wait to see her in the exciting role. She said; “I play the role of Maheen – the protagonist in the story. She is Umar’s cousin, played by Ahsan Khan. She is a very nice, bubbly, well-mannered girl who is very mature for her age. She lands herself in a situation that is very painful but she has to handle it and maintain her dignity throughout. At the same time, there is a beautiful love and romance she gets involved in”.

The leading pair also divulged that the drama will be devoid of clichéd saas-bahu dilemmas and will highlight the sweet and sour life of middle-class households.

“If the audience wants to watch a story of a household and families, something very light while also very deep and which we all can connect to, then this drama is for them. It is very casual, light-hearted, and emotional. It is very well-shot and well-written describing issues that happen in common households. If the viewers are looking for entertainment and love old PTV, family-oriented dramas, then this project will take them back in time as it has enjoyable elements that fans will get riveted to,” stated Ahsan.

Ushna added that the plot will also depict strong unity amongst women that is surely much needed on our television screens, she said; “it will be a whole-hearted Pakistani family drama which will be very entertaining. It is not a typical saas-bahu drama but about love, loyalty, and also about unity amongst women in a household,” revealed Ushna.
