Arts Council of Pakistan (ACP) Karachi and Stage Bugs Production hosted media of theatre play ‘Hotel Jaan-e-Jaan’ at the Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi.

Arts Council of Pakistan (ACP) Karachi and Stage Bugs Production jointly organized a media night for the farce romantic comedy play ‘Hotel Jaan-e-Jaan’. The media night saw a large number of prominent personalities from the showbiz industry, including former Information Minister and President Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi, Muhammad Ahmed Shah, renowned actors Humayun Saeed, Fahad Mustafa, Kubra Khan, Bushra Ansari, and other luminaries’ personalities. ‘Hotel Jaan-e-Jaan’ comedic theatrical experience, promises to whisk audiences away on a journey filled with laughter, and entertainment.

Addressing the audience, the President of the Arts Council of Pakistan (ACP) Karachi Muhammad Ahmed Shah highlighted the abundance of talent in today’s generation, acknowledging them as both extra-ordinary and ordinary talent. He emphasized the role of Arts Council’s as a platform where individuals can showcase their talent. He proudly said that; “the students of Arts Council are part of this Drama, they are completely trained, they know about production, about the moments and they know how to act in a certain situation”.

He also expressed his deep desire of seeing students of Arts Council Acting Academy excelling and the requested major production houses for providing opportunities to students of the Arts Council Acting Academy for their upcoming projects.

On his concluding note, President ACP Karachi expressed his gratitude to everyone for their encouragement and support for the team performing on stage.

Story line, which was a bit typical, stereotype and was predictable at-times tried to unravel a tapestry of emotions among the lost souls, promising to open new horizons amidst the enigma of vanished identities. We still don’t know who the writer of ‘Hotel Jaan-e-Jaan’ is?, but whoever you are, you could have gotten more content/references from Pakistan rather than relying on references & content of Indian origin and Indian songs.

Jazz Drive-In Cinema starts screening in Bahria Town Karachi.

The Jazz Drive-In Cinema has started screening in Karachi at the Raiha Cine-Gold Plex, Bahria Town, Phase-1. Movies will be screened in the evenings from Friday to Sunday and will follow a week-wise theme ranging from classics to action, science-fiction, fantasy and animations – a movie for each member of the family.
